Dad: We'll have to eat the kitty.
C: But then you'll get too much fur in your mouth.

I Am Not Gonna Be a Mom

Me: What should Daddy be for Halloween?
C: A puppet!  A red one!
Me: Elmo?

C: Mom, are you gonna have a costume?
Me: I don't know, what should I be?
C: A pumpkin!

C: Mom, you're not going to be a pumpkin.  You're gonna be spaghetti! And sauce! And cheese!
Me: Cheese, huh?
C: You're not going to be a mom.

C: Mom, do you like spicy?
Me: I do! Do you like spicy?
C: No.  If I had spicy then I would have to take a drink of water.

Me: I don't want to watch Thomas, and I don't want to watch hockey!
C: But it's Daddy's turn! 
Grrr...

Me: Are you done with lunch?
C: You have to wait and see.
Me: I'm waiting for you.
C: And see!

C: This one is empty!
Now it's full of me!
