Colton Is Sick

LOL, note the "tail"

C: *sneeze* See? I told you I’m super sick. And I’m super sad.
Me: I think you’ll be all right, bud.

C: Know what the comfiest place is down here? The wardrobe!

Me: Do you want some chicken noodle soup?
C: No, I think my tummy wants a quesadilla. Quesadillas are gooder than soup!

Me: We should have soup for dinner.
C: But I want tornellini! (tortellini)
Me: I don't think your tummy will like the tomato sauce. We can have it for lunch tomorrow if you're feeling better.
C: For breakfast?

C: I need to go to the doctor. Doctors know everything.

C: Can you call the doctor and have him come here? Because I'm super sick.

C: Can you call my coach and tell him I will be too sick in the morning?

C: Are you sad that I am sick?
Me: Of course I am!
C: What if you and I were sick at the same time? Then Dad would have to take care of us!
Me: I'm sure he would, bud.

C: Look at this race car I built!  It has 15 gears!  And it's faster than... than... it's faster than a motorcycle!

Me: Here honey, have some soup.
C: I'm afraid it won't do any good.

C: I will pick out what movie I want next.  But my legs won't let me balance very well.

Colton Goes Hiking

C: Mom, do you like rainbows?
Me: I do, but I need some sunshine.
C: Me too.  We've been waiting really hard for weeks!
Me: I know.

C: ¡VĂ¡manos! (going up the hill)

Me: That was a good hike!  I enjoyed it a lot.
C: Yeah... but I didn't enjoy going up the big hill.

C: I want to go on the water slide!  What color is it?  I want mine to be blue, and orange, and purple, and red, with orange on the bottom, and blue on the side....

C: My car is really fast!
Dad: And how many brakes does it have?
C: 37!
Me: And is it a sports car, a mini van, a SUV or a hatchback?
C: It's a hatchback.

C: Look at what shirt I have on!  I have a really cool shirt on!  (to every hiker we passed...)

Me: Babies are awake.
Dad: Didn't jostle them enough today?
Me: Guess not.
C: Why are they awake?
Me: They're kicking.
C: And are they breaking your tummy?
Me: Nope.  It feels like this.  *tap, tap, tap*
