Colton's Race!

1k Kids Dash ~ over 200 kids registered today

So proud of my boy! He is so excited to run another race soon!

Me: It feels like a Sunday today. [Thursday]
C: Why?
Me: Because I'm here.
C: I know why you're here.
Me: Why?
C: Because you're on vacation!


7:30am, a half hour before C usually wakes ~
Me: Time to get up, buddy!
C: I'm too sleepy.
Me: You have a race this morning.
C: And see? I'm all ready to go!
He took off his jammies and put on gym clothes after I put him to bed last night.  LOL!

C: I am going to wear my sunglasses because my eyes are sleepy.

C: If I wear my skeleton jacket and my sunglasses, I can go as a spy!

C: You and me should take a nap later, because it's so early.

C: There are no cars out on the road because we're out so early!
Me: It's not that early anymore.  (8am)

C: When I grow up, can I be President Obama?
