C: Mom, you're Facebook!

Dad: What was your favorite part of vacation?

C: Taking a nap!

Me: Not the pool, the Railway Museum, or the hot tub?

Dad: Or the Children's Museum?
C: Yeah, the Children's Museum! That was my favorite! 

Travelling is hard. 1/14

Dad: Do you want to be just like your dad when you grow up?

C: Yeah, and my mom!

Dad: Please use your quiet voice.
C: I can't!
Dad: Why not?

C: It's in that plane that just took off and it's not stopping!

Dad: We have to take our rental car back.

C: Why?

Dad: Because we're going home today. To our regular home.

C: Reg-u-lar?  No, I don't want to!

Dad: Sorry, buddy, vacation's over and somebody else might want to use this car. We just borrowed it.

C: And I will BLOW PHOENIX AWAY!

Us: No, buddy, that's not nice.

Children's Museum 1/16

Me: Did you bring some sunshine back with you?  It was your job to pack it.
C: I did!  I put it in a lunch box.  It was really little.
Me: Good job.  But I don't see the sun.  Where did it go?
C: The sun only stays out for a little while.  It misses its mom and dad. That's why you don't see it.
