C: My feet don't go as far as you. I'm too little. When I grow up, I want to be as tall as you!

Dad: Here's our home away from home!
C: We had to get a new home because our home was old.

Me: I'm sorry your tummy hurts, buddy.

C: I'm sorry your tummy hurts too.

Me: Do you want to cuddle with us?

C: No, I have my own bed. My bed is comfier than yours!

And a zillion times today ~
C: Are we in Phoenix? Can we stay and play?

All tucked in 1/14/11

C: I don't want this to be our home for 5 days.

Me: How come?

C: When we go back to our home, I'll be sad without it.

Me: We will go swimming when your tummy feels better.

C: It feels all better!
