C: No, because I get to go to kindergarten!
Me: Well, I'm sad that I probably won't get to work there every week.
C: You can just work in my next class, so you won't be lonely.
C: You have to guess where I hid the jack.
Me: In the middle.
C: Why do you always have to know?
C: Can I have a cookie?
Me: If I get a bite.
Me: Hey, do you want this last piece of fish?
C: No. That can be your dessert!
Me: Wait a minute...
C: We should talk.
Me: About?
C: About having two screen times.
Me: This will be a short conversation. I will say no.
C: But we should talk about it.
C: I really am tired of waiting to go to the train store.
Me: Are you excited to go camping?
C: YES!
Me: What's your favorite part about camping?
C: Looking at the stars!
Me: That's a good part.
C: And once, we saw stars! And they were in the sky!
C: I really wish you could go camping.
Me: I know, but somebody needs to stay and watch the babies.
C: Nanan can watch them!
Me: If only it were that easy. I'll come soon, bud. I promise.
Me: Did you know that Layla has a baby at home, about your brothers' age?
C: I did know that a bit.
Me: Hey, watch the baby head!
C: I know!
Me: If you knew, then you wouldn't do that.
C: I know, but I just can't stop.
C: I'm a bit hungry. What can I have?
Me: I just had some tortilla chips. Want some?
C: Can I have some cheesy chips?
Me: Nachos?
C: Yeah! I really am hungry enough for some nachos!
